Methodology
TVL: TVL for the Binaryx Platform is calculated by summing the values of all assets. For regular (rental) properties, each asset's value is determined by multiplying its token supply by its token price, where the token price is obtained from the priceOracle. For off-plan properties, the TVL is calculated directly from the amountInUsdCollectedD18 value returned by the getSellProgress method, representing the actual USD amount collected for each off-plan property.View code on GitHubFees: 15% tokenization fee on new property investments (8% platform + 6% repair pool + 1% audit oracle), total rental income from tokenized properties, and 2.5% of secondary marketplace trades.View code on GitHubRevenue: 8% tokenization fees, 2% platform share of rental income, and 2.5% marketplace fees.View code on GitHubHolders Revenue: 70% of platform revenue (tokenization, rental platform fee, marketplace) distributed to BNRX token stakers.View code on GitHubCompetitors
