The treasury runs optimized strategies (delta-neutral pairs, controlled losses) across many Papertrade accounts to acquire PAPER cheaply, stakes all of it, and uses the USDC yield to buy back and burn PSTR

PaperStrategy PSTR - The 10% tax traders pay on PSTR buys and sells, plus the USDC yield earned by the PAPER the treasury has staked on Papertrade, valued at the HYPE it is swapped to and counted when the buyback contract spends it.
