Anyone can mint an option by posting USDC as collateral, trade either side of it against USDC on the protocol's AMM, and settle it against a Chainlink price at expiry. There is no order book to fill, no market maker to quote you, and no account to open

TVL: TVL is the USDC collateral backing issued options held in the StochasticOptions contract plus the USDC reserves of every pair created by the SFSwapV0Factory.View code on GitHubFees: Sum of `fee` fields from `OptionExercised` (settlement fee on each exercised leg) and `PositionClosed` (matched-pair close fee).
