FCC's S-1/prospectus provides audited financial statements, and YLDS reserve and excess balances are reconciled and published daily on ylds.com with quarterly audits reported in issuer filings. YLDS is redeemable 24/7/365, with withdrawal timing subject to the operating hours and settlement constraints of underlying fiat payment rails and blockchain networks.
