Commentary versus actual token vesting

Direct first-party contradiction, unreconciled. The June 2020 transparency report states all SAFT investor tokens unlock simultaneously on ~7 January 2021 (single 100% cliff). The Foundation's own November 2022 FTX page shows the same investor class holding tranches on linear monthly unlocks running to September 2027 and January 2028. No first-party source reconciles the two. The 2022 terms are the ones observable on-chain. The disclosure series stopped. Three transparency reports (June, July, August 2020), then six years of silence. There is no first-party vesting or unlock disclosure of any kind after August 2020 and no first-party unlock tracker. The widely-quoted SOL "daily unlock" figure is a DefiLlama modelling output — its own page states burns are not modelled and the forward series is a forecast. It is not a Solana disclosure.
