- DAKS is the Draggable wrapper around AKS (Aktionariat AG Shares). Under Aktionariat's modular share-token design, the naked AKS ERC-20 is wrapped into DAKS to add drag-along rights, shareholder-agreement enforcement, and governance/transfer features required for active trading of the underlying Aktionariat AG common shares. One DAKS corresponds 1:1 to one share in Aktionariat AG with full shareholder rights under Swiss law. Holders can unwrap DAKS back into AKS once the drag-along clause is triggered (e.g., during an acquisition or shareholder vote).
