- mBASIS is a Midas-issued structured certificate tracking a cash-and-carry basis-trade strategy. Issued via Midas under German BaFin Crypto Securities Registrar status. The strategy harvests the spread between perpetual-futures funding rates and spot, primarily on BTC/ETH and major perpetual markets. NAV accrues via the Midas Attestation Engine. Chainlink PoR verifies backing, with KYC required at mint/redemption. Secondary transfer permissionless. Deployed on Ethereum, Base, Plume, and Etherlink.
