Its tokenized-stock product launched June 2025, issuing 200+ EU-regulated 1:1 stock & ETF tokens on Arbitrum (eventually migrating to Robinhood's own L2). Tokens are MiFID II-compliant securities issued by Robinhood Europe UAB to qualified non-US users; settlement is on-chain and tokens accrue dividends and corporate actions automatically.
